To the month of 2008 July the Association counts on 78 integral SOFOM and it has more in list of entrance to almost 25 SOFOM. With which it is the Association of Financial Institutions greater of Mexico in number of members.

Objetives
• To group to those societies that have constituted themselves or can operate like SOFOM
• To represent as opposed to authorities and the third common interests of its Associate
• To promote the interrelation between its members
• To emit and to supervise the application of self-regulation norms
To December of 2007, the members of the ASOFOM placed 600 million weights with credited 40 thousands, to the closing of June of 2008 they are had placed 3.000 billion in credited 80 thousands and it is hoped to close year 2008 with 7.000 billion weights and to take care of 200 thousand clients. For 2009 it is considered to get to place 35.000 billion.
